You are expected to follow the guidelines of this guidebook, but the most mportant thing that you can do is apply your existing skills to be an effective motivator and leader. Your Vice Captain and their administrative support will manage the many tasks that GIL is in the background of a well-run Table while you build an extraordinary Table and focus on each Member’s success.
